For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

  • Application refers to Turfit, the software program provided by the Company.
  • Company (referred to as either “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to Turfit.
  • Country refers to: Kerala, India.
  • Service refers to the Application.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Conditions of Use

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You agree not to use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Our Service.

Account Responsibilities

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms & Conditions.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to Your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever if You breach these Terms & Conditions.

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the updated Terms & Conditions on this page. Changes become effective when they are posted on this page.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country shall govern these Terms & Conditions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of or near Kerala, India.

Refund Policy

At Turfit, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for our users. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booked session.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time.
  • Refund requests due to technical issues or errors must be reported within 48 hours of the booking.

Process for Requesting a Refund

  1. Log in to your Turfit account and navigate to your booking history.
  2. Select the booking for which you wish to request a refund.
  3. Click on "Request Refund" and provide a brief explanation for the request.

Refund Processing Time

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • No-shows or failure to attend the booked session.
  • Partial use of a booking or service.
  • Discounted or promotional bookings unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

At Turfit, we aim to provide flexibility and convenience for our users. Our cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling bookings. Please read carefully before making any cancellations:

Cancellation Timeframes

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booked session will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time will not be eligible for any refund.

How to Cancel a Booking

  1. Log in to your Turfit account and go to the "My Bookings" section.
  2. Select the booking you wish to cancel.
  3. Click on the "Cancel Booking" option and confirm your cancellation.

Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded due to the inconvenience caused to turf owners and other users. We encourage you to plan your bookings accordingly.

No-Show Policy

If a user fails to attend a booked session without prior cancellation, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
